The Palladium
Rehabilitated the existing "World Famous Hollywood Palladium" for contempory use, while mainting the historic charactor of the original structure. Updates include new stage and performace grid, VIP Bar, restrooms and a new two story dressing room annex. Although this building is not on the National Historic Building Registry, local herritage groups played a role in saving this outdated structure for years. As such, additinal research and care was taken to ensure the outdated materials, finishes and contruction techniques would integrate seamlessly with any new construction.
